I had to replace the fuel pumps and the fuel pump relay, but anytime that the switch is on the fuel pumps are running. I need help really bad. I also replaced the fuel pressure valve.

Good morning.

The fuel pump relay is what passes current to the fuel pump. It is controlled by the ECM. It is supposed to run for two seconds, key on and then full time when cranking and running.

The only two controls are the relay and the ECM.

Did you try a new relay?

If you did and it is still happening, then the ECM could be the issue.
