Replaced fuel pump because I was driving it and it just stopped one day, I let it set for a day started right up. So, I replaced the fuel pump. It started ran for 15 minutes then stopped and wouldn't start up.

Hello, did you replace the fuel filter when you did the fuel pump? I always recommend replacing the fuel filter, and the fuel pump relay when replacing a fuel pump, especially a 1995. A clogged fuel filter is what probably caused the first pump to fail,
I recommend the fuel pump relay too because they get carbon build up inside after so many years and it's good to include it in the replacement.
