New fuel pump not kicking on

Installed new fuel pump it is not kicking on. Has a new starter, new ignition.

Check to see if fuel pump relay is sending power to it. If relay is good, try another relay, then try another key it may be the security system is shutting down power for it. If another key does not work have it scanned by a mechanic to see if security system is broken.
