I want to replace cylinder 4 fuel injector on bank 2. Do I need to take off the intake plenum and loosen both fuel rails? Joe F. Has helped me with a previous problem.

Hello,

On this vehicle you will have to remove the fuel rail and the injectors all together then replace the desired injector.

I have attached the replacement procedure below.

Let me know of any questions.
Thank you.

I asked about the intake plenum. You didn't mention it in your reply; so is it 'yes' or 'no'?

I don't have a DOHC motor. I had my mechanic replace the injector.
