Fuel Injector Line, cylinder one not working?

Cylinder 1 is not working. I tested it with a test light and the signal light only blinks at start up. Once the engine is running the line just shuts off.

Hello,

It sounds like a possible intentional injector shut down by the engine management system.
This is done when the system detects a misfire on that cylinder and shuts down the injector to prevent over fueling and possible resulting catalytic converter damage.

I would suggest to next carry out a CAN-scan using a suitable diagnostic tool
