Fuel filter or fuel pump failure

I filled my gas tank then drove 1/8 of a mile and the car acted like it ran out of gas. I waited a couple hours car started idling rough then went another 1/8 mile and did the same thing. On flat ground it will run approximately ten minutes then act as if it is running out of gas, on a slight incline (engine higher then gas tank it does not act up.

It sound like a failing pump but try this test; start it where you know it will act up. As soon as it starts acting up remove the gas cap. If it starts running okay then you probably have a bad vent solenoid or charcoal canister that is preventing the tank from venting.
