With ignition key on wipers will operate in pulse motion with engine on or off.

Hello, I'm Tom.

I'm only showing a 2.3l or a 3.0l motor for that car, Can you double check its a 2.0l, is it a VTEC?
Are you having any other electrical issues like the other things on the switch arm? Sometimes just low voltage can cause components to act strange. Have you had to jump start the car lately? Are they stuck on all the time? If so, and the battery hasn't run down lately is probably the switch arm itself or the timer relay is stuck.
Intermittent
When you move the wiper switch to INT; battery voltage is applied through fuse 7 (in the driver's under-dash fuse/relay box) and the windshield wiper/washer switch to the driver's multiplex control unit which energizes the intermittent wiper relay by applying ground to the relay coil.

Let me know
Tom

No battery problems, no jump start. Wipers on all the time ignition is turned on.

Hello,

My suspicion is that it's the relay and probably not the module. Have you checked that yet? It's location it in the attachment I posted earlier.
