Electrical problems with dashboard

My 2001 ford windstar has a problem. Mileage 90000,
3.8 v6.
Radio, wipers, turn signals, instrument panel, power windows and climate control all dead when car is running. However when car is not running and key is
turned back towards driver to other position most of
the stuff works. What could be wrong?

What works in the accessory position that doesn't work in the run position? Also, did you check the fuses?

One more thing, does the radio or anything come on when the engine is running and you shift to neutral or reverse?
