2001 Windstar. I switched to heat on my temperature control. And now. Cannot get the heat to turn off. A/C is NOW NOT WORKING !

When you say the ac will not work, do you mean that the ac compressor does not come on?

The A/C appears to be working. Because. The pipping, etc. Are very cold under the hood. I am assuming that a valve is not engaging?
