REMOVAL:
1.Drain the cooling system.
2.Remove the trim panels.

3.Disconnect the rear heater hoses.

4.Remove the rear blend door motor.
* Disconnect the connector.
* Remove the screws.

5.Remove the rear heater core cover.
*Remove the bolts.

6.Remove the core from the housing. CAUTION: Do not spill any of the remaining coolant inside the vehicle.

INSTALLATION:
1.To install, reverse the removal procedure.
*Lubricate the coolant hoses with MERPOL(R) meeting Ford specification ESE-M99B144-B or plain water only, if needed.
