i'm a ford employee and am trying to diagnose, switching the temp from cold to hot it just clicks and the temp dont get hot on the interior of vehicle?

I have to ask a couple questions. First, is the engine running at a normal operating temp? Next, with the engine hot and the heater on, feel both heater core hoses. Are both hot?

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
