2000 Ford Windstar Defrost and vents blowing cold air (not

My front defrost and vents doesn't blow out hot air but my rear heat works.

Hi, I had the same problem with my 2002 windstar. The problem is there is a part behind the radio that adjusts your heat. Go to the parts centre at a ford dealership and ask for an acuator that controls the heat. To have it put in by ford, it will cost you about 400 bucks. The part it self is about 90 bucks. If you can find someone to install it for cheap labour your better off that way.
