1999 Ford Windstar V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

All the hand flutter on the cluster, but the odm hand went all the way to the right and won't move. What is wrong and how do we fix it?

It is most likely a bad body control module (BCM). However, contact a dealer and ask if your vehicle falls under a recall they had on this type of problem. THey will need your vin number to check.
