I was driving my car when it started losing power, the check engine light came on at the same time. I pulled off of the road check all the fluids (they were fine) I then pulled off (no check engine light) got the car up to 70 mpg when the check engine light came back on and the car cut off. I had the car towed home. I started right up, but ran rough. It would not start back up after that. I changed the ignition module, but the car still will not start. I sprayed a little starting fluid in the throttle body, but that offered no new results.

Sounds like you may possibly have a faulty fuel pump. Try this to see if the pump is working, get some one to sit in the car with the key in ignition in off position. Next you go around to the fuel feeler door open it and put your ear close to the opening then have the other person turn the key to the on position not starting the car but turning the key to the on position, have the assistant turn the key on and off a few times as you listen for a buzzing sound which is the fuel pump motor if you do not hear the buzzing as the key is turned on then the pump is not working and needs replacing.

If this dosent help don't hesitate to let us no.
