Ford '99 3.0 Taurus 144.000 won't turn over

And there's no gas getting to the spark plugs. What's the list of things that I need to check for. Thanks a lot.

Are you using a fuel pressure tester? If so, then the first place you look is either the fuel pump, or the fuel pump relay. There may even be a fuse that could have blown. Rule out the cheap stuff first. My son's Taurus also died, and I got no fuel. He panicked when I told him that the fuel pump could be bad. This was about two days before Christmas. Then, I checked for the relay, and it was bad. I bought a new one for $6.00.
