2002 Ford Taurus My car is squealing! Ahh please help!

My car started making this squealing noise this morning. I would like to know if this is fixable? If it is, will it be expensive? And do I have to go to a mechanic to get it fix?

Is the noise while driving or just idling
does go away after a while
general area hearing the noise from
is it under hood or tires area
possible belt or pulley
also if in tires area [possible tie rod or ball joint
let me know
