I noticed under the hood of my car there is a I believe it may be an air line hose. It comes out of the firewall of the passenger side. There is a bracket on the strut tower that holds it down. Problem is it looks to of broken off from where ever it went to. Have any idea where it is sapost to hook up to and what it is? I had the windshield replaced recently and think that may be when it came unattached. I would appreciate any info you might know about this hose.

Check to see if it hooks up either to the front of your throttle body or near your overflow. If its there u cant miss it because there will just be a big empty port. Either that or take it to a shop and tell them uve got a vacuum leak from a loose hose and theyll put it back in like 5 seconds. But u should be able to find it. You shoulda said what size the hose was
