2000 Ford Taurus RPMs jumping and dropping while in idle.

Everytime I stop at a light or stop sign, my RPMs jump and drop madly causing my car to rock back and forth. This just started right after I poured in a new fuel injector cleaner, but thats been 4 weeks ago, and it has been doing this since. I just replaced the fuel filter this morning, trying to knock down some cheaper options, but no results really. Help me.

Open the hood locate PCV valve check its line for leaks and if vacuum hose collapsed
to my surprise no check engine light on

need manual CHECK IT @
