Once my car gets underway driving about 25-30mph it starts vibrating under drive and passenger sides and can be felt in steering wheel. Its rather loud also. We replaced rotors and brake. Problem not gone. Shifts and drives fine. Also replaced tires. What could be causing noise and vibration?

You need to do a thorough inspection of the front end. For starters how old are the struts. Were they ever change. Looking at the old tires to see how they worn could help in finding a front end problem. Do you still have them your remember how they looked? Next any worn front end componet could cause shimmy, shake or vibration. You have eliminated the most common causes (tires and rotors) you need to look at the front end now. Good luck
