I changed the master cylinder and I am still losing brake power could it be the power booster?

I see brake fluid coming from the back of the master cylinder

That's pretty simple. That's a bad master cylinder.

If fluid is leaking out of it, it's a bad master cylinder. The booster has no fluid in it.
