When I start my car on cold days it starts hard I have to hold gas to floor to get car to start. Then car will stall sometimes and takes a few minutes before it stays running. First time out with it in the day it will stall and start back up when your driving down the road. On warm or hot days it has no problems so far.

I would like you to change your coolant temperature sensor.

You could test it if you know that your IAT sensor is good then you can compare the resistance between the two and they should be very close.

IAT is the intake air temp sensor is located in the air box cleaner or in the intake manifold.

The temp sensor is known as the ECT engine coolant temp sensor, CTS coolant temp sensor, ETS engine temp sensor. Just to name a few.
