Car won't start I am getting some trouble codes

If I ground the red wire on the fuel injector it will start. What does that mean the problem is? Did get a PO130 code. 1996 Ford Taurus. Fuel pressure is fine. Shut-off switch is fine. When I ground the red wire on one of the fuel injectors car starts fine.

Without seeing it, very difficult to diag here. You are doing the computers job of grounding the injector to work. The question is why isnt the computer doing it? Thats for a tech to track down with a scan tool and a scope.
Get it to a shop and let them find out why.
