Has been a year since the repair but the defrost setting has not been an issue until the real cold has come need help could it be from the repair or is there another way to fix. My mechanice says he could take 9 hours or so to pull the entire dash to solve this.

My heat blows warm air and the defroster just has a tiny bit of air flowing out. Thanks

Good, know can you switch from defrost to vent and heat
and if so do you have good flow of air
check vacuum actuator and if door need to be adjusted and opening all the way

Yes there is heat going through all settings except only a very small amount coming up to the window from the front defrost. Seems to be mostly coming out lightly toward the center of both defrost vents nothing coming from the rest of the defrost defrost vents including the side vents pointing to the car doors on each side. How do I ajust the vacuum actuator door next to the gas pedal. Thanks steve
