The vehicle starts; when driven for about 10 minutes the check engine light comes on and then then it quits running; I pull over and start the car and then drive for about 10 minutes the check engine light comes on and then it quits. This is a continuous occurrence. However at times, the car will run for 30 miles and nothing happens.

BMRFIXIT thanks. The engine size is a 3.0. I have had two auto repair shops try the code and machine hookup with no success. A code doesn't register. They told me that because the engine dies, the circuit is broken and the code doesn't register. Standing by.

This is what I'm thinking
1995 auto zone can't pull codes form it
not all 95 OBDII ready or will communicate will it
also 3.0 l engine has a crankshaft sensor in the front of engine
you may check that
this is my list :
1. Check fuses and relays fuel pump relay and computer relay
2. Check fuel pressure and fuel filter
check crankshaft sensor (easy to replace its at the front of the engine two mounting bolts and a connector )
