1994 Ford Taurus not starting

1994 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I hav just installed new timing belt. It has been sitting for a few years and wondered if the fuel pump may be oxidized and gummed up and cannot get fuel to injectors? I know there is spark forsure.

The only way to tell is to check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel filter, intank pick-up sock and the fuel pump
