1998 Ford Ranger air temperature

Can't change air temp from hot to cold. Blows hot air even when controls are off. What can I do?

It sounds like the blend air door isn't working. I is near the heater core. Based on its position, you get heat or AC. If it is not working, you will either get heat all the time or cool air all the time.
