I recently had the fuel pump/fuel sensor assembly and fuel tank hose replaced. Now I can not get the tank to tank fuel even though it is nearly empty. The fuel nozzle knocks off as if the tank is full. I took the truck back, they modified the tank hose by cutting 2 inches off the 1 inch hose that extends into the tank, thinking it may have been crimped. I still have the same problem.

there should be a vapor check valve. remove the line from it and see if problem fixes.

i would suspect that the hose is faluty in someway. or the pumps check valve is bad.
