1996 Ford Ranger 4 cylinder 99,000 miles. My A/C only blows hot air, I have had the A/C system checked, the compressor is good, there are no leaks, and the freon is topped off. At first it would alternate between cold air, no air, and hot air, then it went to totally hot air. Living in Phoenix this is unbearable. Please help!

I found the problem, there was a vacuum hose that had been rubbing on something and rubbed a hole through it. Thanks
