1994 Ford Ranger alternator?

Truck starts and runs but this morning the headlights would not come on but the parking lights were on. Also the console lights were off and then on and then off again.

Before you do anything, fully recharge the battery to see if that changes anything. Also, I would recommend having it load tested at a parts store.
