I have a 1996 Holiday rambler on a ford 460 7.5 L chasis 32CG.

The entire break system has been replaced inclyuding rotors, calipers, master cyl.

It continues to have break pedal loss when the unit gets hot. Pedal goes almost to the floor and will get semi hard when pumped.

After long cool down returns to "normal"

It sounds like a calliper is hanging up. With the increase drag the calliper gets hot and bubbles the brake fluid causing spongy brakes. Have the callipers checked for binding. And whike you are at it have the system re-bleeded.
