I have a 1996 Ford Scort, 1.9 L, The exhaust is turning red in less the two minutes, everything looks working fine except for that, the sparks plugs and wires are new, has new thermostat.

Thank you on any information.

Catalytic converter is blocked partially. Or if it was an air pump, it' either NG or the tubining to the converter has a hole do not drive in this condition.
