Why would my brothers torino have high acceration when we are choking it with my hand and then die when I take my hand off of the carburetor and we did totally rebuild the carburetor?Dose it need a new carburetor/Please help

Because you cutting off the air so that the car can run and when you take your hand away it gets t much air. Sounds like you didn't do something right on your carb rebuild. Recheck it.
