NOT A CAR, but a 1952 Ford Tractor 8N. I have moisture in the gas tank. I have used every gas addative I can think of, but I am still getting water in the fuel. I also have a lot of rust forming in the sediment bowl and I have to change the fuel filter monthly. Is there something I can put in the tank to stop the rust and remove the moisture permantley. I keep the tank topped off with gas at all times to reduce condinsation.

To fix it properly you have to take the gas tank right off. Then dump the fuel and clean the tank as best you can. You might try putting rocks inside and rolling them all around. Then go to a motorcycle shop or one of the places like J&P cycle(they are on the internet) and get gas tank sealant kit. Follow those directions and then go from there, it should stop the rust/sediment in your bowl and no much about the moisture unless you keep it as full as you can'.
