My car overheats!

My 1997 ford mustang gt, 4.6 engine, with 155,000 miles on keeps overheating. I replaced the upper radiator hose and thermostat but it keeps overheating. The car is serviced frequently and it has coolant. I don't know what the problem could be.

Is it loosing coolant
if ya pressure check it

check water pump
check and or flush radiator acn coolant sys
check the beltand if its install correct
