Over heating

Ford mustang 1999 3.8 V6 im over heart boiling out in the over flow tank. I have no water circulation either along with no heat unless the engine is being gased up around 4000 rpm's. Ive replaced the termostat and water pump and still not working.

Check the belt route and also do head gasket test
Make sure water pump turning the right way
3.8 Very famous for a head gasket failure
