2000 Ford Mustang IDLE AND STALLING PROBLEMS

I have a 2000 ford mustang gt latley it has been stalling when coming to a stop mostly from freeway speeds. It happens 3-4 times a week. It idles really low all the time but mostly when it dies. Sometimes it starts up with not its full power I dont know if that is involved with the issue also.

What have you tried? Have you changed plugs, cleaned the maf or most idle issues points to the IAC, you can remove the two bolts and clean it with carb cleaner.

I havent done anything yet, the auto shops I have been to are saying I have to get a $100 diagnostic then a bunch of stuff to fix it and its really expensive I just want to do it myself but dont know exactly how or what to do first.
