Sound's like you could have a bad throwout bearing you will have to take apart the clutch to see if it's the throwout bearing or something else like the transmission input shaft bearing.

Hi I already replaced the clutch disc, pressure plate adn throughout bearing about 2 years ago so it doesn't seem like it should be going out again, but then this could be possible since I didn't replace it with OEM parts I used Napa. Any other suggestions?

It sound's like you have a bad throwout bearing or a bad input shaft bearing in the transmission. Without getting in there one can only guess what's going on.
