1993 Ford Mustang V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

We are looking for the plug in for the diagnostic to plug into to see what the problem might be. But we can not find it any where, we have looked under the driver side and can not find it. Can you help locate it. Thank you.

The data link connector is on the rear of the right front strut housing under hood .. it is not 16pin it looks like this ...
