1992 Ford Mustang netural safty switch

I have a 1992 mustang lx 5.0 5 speed I try to start the car by turning the ignition it wont start, I apply a screw driver to my silonoid and starts immediatly, someone told me it was my neautral safty switch where is this switch located and do you think this is my problem?

Try starting engine with the transmission in Neutral position

When neutral safety switch fails your vehicle should be able to start with the tranny in neutral. May need to check for loose/ faulty wiring to ignition switch or faulty ignition switch itself.
