The flasher function for this vehicle is provided by the Smart Junction Box.

Note: The fuse panel is located below and to the left of the steering wheel by the brake pedal.

I pulled that "smart Junction" module with the hazard lights engaged and they still ticked on and off regardless, turn signals too.

The actual "tic-toc sound" is coming from near the instrument panel and that's the module I am looking for, but can't seem to grab it to install my EP27L Led module. It's not floor level or by my knees or with the box with the smart junction modules. Do I need to remove the instrument panel to get to the "tic-toc'ing" module?
