I have gotten a code of P0732, which my car won’t go to second gear it stays in first gear, only goes 25-30 MPH, I have checked the transmission fluid, and it was at its level, and it was clean.

So this can be that 2nd gear is burnt up or you have a weak turbine shaft speed sensor.

P0732 - Gear 2 Incorrect Ratio This code means the transmission control module (TCM) has detected that the ratio of input speed to output speed does not match the expected ratio for 2nd gear.

Here is the location of the sensor so you can swap it out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Hmm, how is the transmission fluid can you tell if it is burnt or not? You may have a bad transmission and it needs to be replaced. After replacing the sensor did you clear the codes?

Yes, it clear that code but after I scan it pop up some more codes, B2499, U1900-20, U2023-20, B1676-20, and P1000-FF.

These are battery out of range and communication issues in the CAN and dome light, does this car have modified wiring? Also, can you check the battery voltage? any chance of water damage? Also, with the systems on I would check all fuses.

These codes will but like I say I would check the battery first which can cause all of these codes.

U1900-20 - CAN Communication Bus Fault - PCM/ABS

U2023-20 - Fault Received from External Node

B1676-20 - Battery Voltage Out of Range

P1000-FF - OBD-II System Checks Incomplete

Let me know :)
