Hi,

Have you checked for a head gasket issue? Often times when everything has been replaced and the engine still overheats, it is a bad head gasket. When you say too much pressure, are you referring to the cooling system? Try this. With the engine cold, remove the radiator cap and start the engine. Does coolant shoot out? If so, compressed air is most likely making its way into the cooling system via a bad head gasket. Is there excessive white smoke from the exhaust?

Do me a favor. Here is a link that explains how to check for a bad head gasket. Take a look through it and see if it mirrors what you are experiencing. Additionally, follow the steps to check for a gasket issue. Based on your description, that is what I suspect.

Let me know what you find or if you have other questions.

Take care,
Joe
