If I hit a small bump( the front end), seems to be the right side mostly, will begin to rummble severly
When this happens if I lock the 4 wheel drive in, the vibration stops. What do you think U-joint, front bearing. Even when I use the brakes it wouldn't stop untill I stop or shift into 4wheel on the fly then shift out right away untill the next time it happens quite often now.
Do you
have the same problem?

I ran into that problem with a 96 250 with the towing package, one of the locking nuts and washers came off of a bolt on the front axel assembly, cant remember where, and sometimes hed be going down the road and then it would start rumbling like driving down a road full of rumble strips! And would continue until he slowed down to 10 mph or lower.
