What might be causing a vibration, almost rumble strip noise in my front end?

When I hit a bump, big or small in the road it feels like I'm driving over an extreme rumble strip. It happens at slow speeds and fast. I just put on new tires, had a front end alignment done, replaces all the shocks and put on new 4x4 locking hubs. I put the new manual locks on because a garage told me that one was locked in 4wheel drive and the other was intermittently locking up. I took the truck for a drive after replacing them and it is still vibrating. I never got above 25mph. It stops when I stop the truck. I cant afford to keep fixing things that are not broken.

The best thing to do here is have the wheel alignment and suspension re-checked-and also the drive axles/transfer case-could be a transmission problem
