How big of a problem do I have if I have a oil leak coming from the rear main seal and also have a manifold gasket leak.

How big of a leak, if you keep it filled then its liveable with. Lots of engines have leaks there.

For the manifold leak, I would fix that fast, it will decrease your performance.
