Oil Pressure Gauge

While driving, the oil pressure gauge dropped to Zero, but it still has oil in it. Do you think it might be the oil pressure pump or the oil pressure sensor, and if so, how could I determine which one it is?

The best way would be to hook a mechanical oil pressure guage up to it and see what the actual oil pressure is. If you're reading normal, then the problem is most likely in the sending unit or dash guage.
