On a trip, two of the four bolts holding the fan blade came loose and fell off and the two remaining bolts broke off, the bolt studs remain in the water pump assembly. How do I remove the fan to get to the water pump assembly to remove the broken studs and replace the fan bolts.

What botls you talking about? The botls that hold the blade to the clutch or the clutch assembly to the water pump?

The bolts that hold the clutch assembly to the water pump, two of the four bolts snapped at the head leaving the stud in the water pump.

How do I take the whole fan off ONLY to remove the pully and replace the broken bolt studs on the water pump?
