2002 Ford F-150 stalling

Okay I just got an oil change and fuel filter and oil filter change. But that didnt help. What is happening is I can drive my truck on the highway for hours and its fine but when I go to turn a corner usually right turn my truck will stall out and die. Can you please help?

Oil change not going to solve u r issue here
u need to have it scanned for codes

I also just changed the mass air flow sensor also it helped a little bit but it still wanting to die when it comes to an idle but at least now its catching it self before it dies. I took it to auto zone they said it needed the mass air flow and it also is miss fireing so I guess a tune up could also help, I was also thinking about getting the fuel enjecters cleaned what do yall think?
