2000 Ford F-150 valve assy

My truck just had all coils and plugs replaced. Now there is a vaccum leak I located right behind the alternator. It looks like a round seal came out. The truck runs rough whenever not moving. I have to put it in neutral when it come to a stop. When moving though it runs great like there is no problem at all. I have no idea what the part is call. A friend said valve assy that is a dealer only part for 82 bucks. What is it called

I don't have a digital available right now. I did a little more research. Could the part be a egr pressure feedback valve. In the meantime I will get a cam and take a pic. The part I am referring to from its postion installed looks like the bottom of a soda can. And the plastic lip is slipping off
