2000 Ford F-150 shifting

Was on a two track, and went through a large puddle. Not a lake or pond, just a puddle. Did however bottom out, not bad though. Not even real sure that this is the cause. It's just the last thing that happened before the problem.

If the trans fluid is full, chances are you have a bad shift solenoid. THey are in the trans under the filter. Has the check engine light come on?
